1. Before Ordering
𓆩⚝𓆪 The artist reserves the right to accept or deny any commission with or without reason. If rejected, you may have:
𓆩⚝𓆪 Ordered incorrectly
𓆩⚝𓆪 Requested something outside my expertise and capabilities
𓆩⚝𓆪 Requested something listed in Restricted Subjects
𓆩⚝𓆪 The artist has a full list, emergency, or setback preventing them from taking on a new order
𓆩⚝𓆪 These terms are subject to change overtime. Be sure to check back occasionally prior to each purchase. New rules will not apply retroactively towards orders started on older terms, but does not excuse any individuals who have failed to read and comply with the T.O.S
𓆩⚝𓆪 By purchasing a commission, you claim to be 18 years or older. Age verification is not mandatory unless you intend on ordering 18+ artwork or the artist suspects you are underaged. Review the NSFW Commissions page for further details
𓆩⚝𓆪 Payments must be made within 24 hours if you're the current order in the queue, if you cannot meet that time frame, refrain from ordering. This is to prevent the risk of progress being halted and other customers waiting longer than necessary, if you are not the current order, but would like to pay early, notify the artist in advance
𓆩⚝𓆪 The artist only works with pre-existing designs for regular commission types, reference sheet commissions are an exception. Your reference should be unshaded, readable image that is the most accurate of the design. The artist will not work with A.I references what so ever
𓆩⚝𓆪 Clients can request the visibility preferences of ones art, see the Order Here page for more information. If you request the commission to be fully private, there will be an additional fee of $15. The artist relies on artwork for publicity & promotional purposes, and may not always have the time to create new art to showcase. This fee only applies for Fully Private commissions
𓆩⚝𓆪 Form submissions are final to prevent being overwhelming & confusing. If you grant artistic freedom, you forfeit the right to verify the sketch, but may still verify for the character's coloring. Artistic freedom is not recommended for specific orders. Any edit requests after the sketching phase will be charged a last minute alterations fee, unless there was a detail missed in your initial request or of the design which will be fixed at no cost
𓆩⚝𓆪 Prices are 50% of the original cost per additional character. E.X: If you order a $25 Flat colored anthro bust, the main/primary character will be charged the full $25, while an extra character included would be charged $12 each
𓆩⚝𓆪 Commissions are worked in chronological order; oldest to most recent. Anyone who tries to demand their order be started on first will receive either a strike, cancellation, or blacklist depending on the severity of the offense. The artist only accepts a limited amount of slots per batch to prevent burnt out & being overwhelmed, larger orders may require more time compared to smaller orders
𓆩⚝𓆪 Do not expect your character's base colors to remain the same in rendered pieces. The artist uses dramatic lighting with bold colors to give the off the vibrant look they strive for. Unless you requested a flat colored commission, your character's colors may be affected under rendering. Refrain from ordering if this is something you may not agree with
2. Progress, Communication & Deadlines
𓆩⚝𓆪 Insistent rushing only results in stressing out the artist and risks a low quality product as a result, patience is needed to ensure the art is of its best quality. The artist will provide WIPs for finished sketches, linework, colors & rendering, you may ask for updates in-between these sections, within reason. The client can also view the artist's Trello Queue, it showcases both checkpoints & W.I.Ps
𓆩⚝𓆪 The artist works & can be contacted Monday - Friday starting from 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM or 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM U.S Central Time with weekends off. Any messages sent outside business hours will not be responded to until the following business day. Holidays are automatic days off but special occasions (birthdays, celebrations, outings, etc.) will be given an early notice before the intended date it takes place on. The artist will take additional days off if sick, injured, or has an emergency. Clients will be notified for either scenario
𓆩⚝𓆪 Turn around times may take between 1 - 2 months for smaller orders and 2 - 3 months for larger orders. This can vary depending order type & additional factors such as personal life. Deadlines must be discussed & agreed upon between the client and artist beforehand, the artist may decline deadlines unrealistic or impossible for the order in question. You will not be compensated for any missed deadlines not stated upfront
𓆩⚝𓆪 No middlemen, all communication regarding the commission must directly be between the client and artist. If someone is paying on your behalf they can be included in the commission process
3. Payment, Completion & Cancellation
𓆩⚝𓆪 Payment must be provided upfront in half or full before any work begins, the invoice must be paid within 24 hours or the commission is automatically voided. If something occurs that requires an extended date (no more than 3 days), inform the artist immediately. 50/50 is allowed, but the remaining 50% must be sent before the client can receive their artwork. The artist will provide a small teaser to confirm it's finished. PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp are the only methods of payment the artist accepts
𓆩⚝𓆪 Ensure your email for active for communication and notify the artist if you will be unavailable & where else to get ahold of you if needed. If clients have not responded during an active commission where verification is needed (sketch & flats) and was not notified, it will be set aside for a week. If the client has not responded within 2 weeks without notification, it will be classified as an abandoned order and canceled
𓆩⚝𓆪 For canceled commissions, refunds are only eligible if the art wasn't started or no WIPs provided in the first 2 weeks. If progress was made, the artist will finish the work as intended. It is your responsibility to spend your money wisely, please be 100% certain you intend on commissioning & have the income to spare, the artist not liable for one's financial situation
𓆩⚝𓆪 Clients will receive a watermarked and non-watermarked version of their art. You'll also have transparent and non-transparent versions of your artwork as well, if a background was requested. The non-watermarked version is for your own private usage only, unless it's for commercial use. Do not publicly re-upload them anywhere where they can be easily saved/screen captured by others, that's what the watermarked version is for. A small signature will remain on the image for protective reasons. This cannot be removed
4. Image Rights
𓆩⚝𓆪 You are allowed to use the art as you please so long as it remains within personal use. You have permission to post your commissioned art anywhere, so long as you use the watermarked version & provide credit, which varies on the social media site you're posting it on: My Social Media Accounts. The artist does not give consent for their art to be used in Gen A.I, Crypto, or NFTs, regardless if personal or commercial usage
𓆩⚝𓆪 Prices will double to triple for commercial use. If you want personal usage artwork to become commercialized, you will be obligated to pay double the original amount you commissioned for. If you refuse and continue using it for profit without artist's permission or payment, you will be blacklisted. The artist does not expect to share profit you made, but do not attempt to pass off the art as yours/sell it on its own
𓆩⚝𓆪 The artist does not claim to own/designed any characters or intellectual properties unless stated otherwise or terms are breached. Credit will usually be listed unless a client asks otherwise. The artist does retain the right to post, use and promote their business with the art whether it'd be in digital or physical form, profits will not be shared. The artist will state to have no ownership of the subject, other than in the form of the artwork created of them
5. Miscellaneous
𓆩⚝𓆪 The anthro art carries more human-like traits than animal, which can be altered if requested. Speedpaints are unavailable for pixel icons, ref sheets, or fully private commissions. Reference sheets will not be shaded. The artist is open to accepting experimental commissions if official options do not fit your needs, this is to be consulted between client and artist first
𓆩⚝𓆪 The artist will only draw in the styles currently showcased. Do not ask the artist to mimic another artist's work or expect them to draw anime/kemono, you will be turned away if so
𓆩⚝𓆪 If you lose your art, the artist is not guaranteed to have the original files saved. Storage gets cleared overtime to ensure space for future projects. It is recommended to create duplicates and backup your files
𓆩⚝𓆪 Complaints about prices will be treated as abusive conduct and may result in blacklisting, the prices are there to compensate the artist's time, effort, and experience. No one is under obligation to commission the artist nor should the artist be expected to lower their prices. The artist will not draw for free, offer discounts, exceptions, or take alternative "payment" outside of what is listed
𓆩⚝𓆪 The artist is open to off-topic conversation, so long as the main focus remains on the commission. Inappropriate behavior including but not limited to: Rudeness, aggression, pressuring, flirtatious or sexual, relying on the artist to vent, prying for personal details, or otherwise trying to push boundaries will not be tolerated, professionalism is expected on both ends
By commentating "Dead Roses" at the end of your order form you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to abide by my terms of service, these terms have a 3 strike warning. After you've received 3 strikes, you will be blacklisted & blocked. Mass offensives will result in an immediate blacklist.
